  1. Export URLs with traffic (Search Console + sitemap + analytics).
  2. Map each old URL to the Shopify equivalent (/products/, /collections/, /pages/).
  3. Import 301 redirects before go-live.
  4. Carry over relevant titles and meta descriptions.
  5. Submit the new sitemap and monitor for 90 days.
